What we collect

This site collects information only when you fill in the quote form. The form asks for your car's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number, and the address or area where the car is. The page also records, in a hidden field, that the request came from this website.

We don't ask for payment details, your driver's license number or your Social Security number on this site.

Why the form asks for it

To do what you asked: work out an offer for your car, call you about it, and arrange the pickup if you accept. Your phone number is how we reach you with the offer. The pickup address tells us where the car is.

Where it goes

When you press "Get Instant Offer," your answers are sent over an encrypted connection to the service we use to receive and manage quote requests. From there, the people who handle your request use them to contact you and arrange the sale.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't load third-party ad trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle the sale and our ordinary business records. If you'd like us to delete your request, ask us when we call, or send a new request through the form saying so.

Children

This site is meant for adults selling a vehicle. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

When we revise this policy, the new text goes on this page and the date up top changes with it.
